Shirley opened Skinners 20 years ago, and has been tattooing for 20+ years. She is very gentle and considerate of her customers, and always makes sure they are comfortable and relaxed. She does mostly custom work, and is always happy to draw something up for you just the way you want it.
She can tattoo pretty much any style, and is also well known for her portrait work.
